杭州市濱江區(qū)浙醫(yī)二院經血管植入器械研究院（以下簡稱為“研究院”），配套我國首個經血管植入器械全國重點實驗室，是由浙江大學、浙江大學醫(yī)學院附屬第二醫(yī)院、杭州市濱江區(qū)政府三方支持建設的民非機構。研究院由王建安院士領銜，團隊聚焦經血管植入器械的重大需求，結合高端植介入醫(yī)療器械產業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢，建立由臨床問題驅動，醫(yī)學、工程和信息多學科聯(lián)動的創(chuàng)新模式，突破新一代經血管植介入器械的關鍵技術，打造世界一流的經血管植入器械研發(fā)、診療中心和人才高地。

The Transvascular Implant Instrument Research Institute(TIIRI), located in Binjiang District, Hangzhou, is a private non-enterprise entitysupported by Zhejiang University, the Second Affiliated HospitalZhejiang University School of Medicine(SAHZU), and the Binjiang District Government of Hangzhou. It is aligned with China’s first State Key Laboratory of Transvascular Implantation Devices.Led by AcademicianJianan Wang, TIIRIfocuses on addressing critical needs in the field of transvascular implantationdevices. By integrating clinical challenges with trends in advanced transvascular implantationdevices, the institute has established an innovation model driven by clinical problems and supported by interdisciplinary collaboration across medicine, engineering, and informatics. TIIRIaims to break through key technologies for the next generation of transvascular implantationdevices and to establish itself as a world-class center for research, diagnosis, and talent development in this field.

TIIRI’s main research areas include biomechanics and near-physiological testing equipment, clinical big data and artificial intelligence, biomaterials and implantationdevices, multimodal imaging data and data mining, in vivo failure mechanisms of devices, life-cycle performance optimization design for devices, long-lifespan implantationdevices, and clinical translation and application of devices.

二、招聘崗位

1. 主任研究員崗位

申報條件:在海外知名高校、科研機構擔任相當于副教授及以上職務，或者在國際知名企業(yè)擔任高級職務的專業(yè)技術人才。引進后須辭去海外工作或在海外無工作，并全職回國(來華)工作不少于3年。

II.Recruitment Positions

1. Principal Scientist

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates should hold a position equivalent to Associate Professor or above at a prestigious overseas university or research institution, or a senior professional or technical role at a globally renowned enterprise.

Upon recruitment, candidates must resign from their overseas positions or have no employment overseas and commit to working full-time in China for no less than three years.

○科研啟動經費: 研究院提供500萬元

○薪酬待遇:提供有國際競爭力的薪酬待遇（含地方政府補助經費）

○生活補助：450萬元(含國家、地方政府支持經費)

Terms and Conditions (For Selected Talent Program):

○Position: Chief Investigator

○Research Start-up Funding: 5 million RMB provided by TIIRI

○Living Allowance: 4.5 million RMB (including national and local government subsidies)

○Housing Benefits: Entitlement to local government housing subsidies or rental allowances

2.研究員

申報條件:年齡不超過40周歲。一般應在海外高校、科研機構、企業(yè)研發(fā)機構獲得正式教學或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個月以上工作經歷;在海外取得博士學位且業(yè)績特別突出的，可適當放寬工作年限要求;尚未全職回國(來華)來華工作或回國(來華)工作時間在1年以內;獲聘后須辭去海外工作或在海外無工作，全職回國(來華)工作不少于3年。

取得同行專家認可的科研或技術等成果，且有成為該領城學術帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?/p>

2.Senior Scientist

Candidates must be under the age of 40 and should hold a formal teaching or research position at an overseas university, research institution, or corporate RD center, with at least 36 months of continuous work experience. Exceptions may be made for those who have obtained a Ph.D. from an overseas institution and have demonstrated exceptional achievements, with relaxed requirements on work experience. Candidates should not have yet returned to work full-time in China or should have returned within the past year. Upon recruitment, candidates must resign from any overseas positions or have no overseas employment and commit to working full-time in China for no less than three years. Candidates must have achieved research or technical outcomes recognized by peers in their field and demonstrate strong potential to become academic leaders or outstanding talents in their respective areas.
